1. Processing Time

Orders are processed on the 1st of each month after payment is confirmed. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Free Shipping: All orders ship free via First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 5 Business Days in the Continental US; 10 Business Days for International.

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

    3. Order Tracking

    As our product ships via First Class Mail, we do not provide tracking.

    4. International Shipping (if applicable)

    We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We do not provide tracking for International Shipping.

    5. Delays & Issues

    We’re committed to getting your order to you in a timely manner. However, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@still-writing00.com.

    6. Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us at admin@still-writing00.com by the 8th day of the month so we can help resolve the issue.
